The Titan Tactical Series – Fully Custom Collar is where creativity meets craftsmanship. Built from the same Mil-Spec nylon webbing and field-proven hardware as the rest of the Titan lineup, this option gives you the freedom to design a collar that's 100% yours—functional, personal, and unapologetically Ruffneck.
Stitch color, buckle combinations, hardware finishes, D-ring placement—every element can be mixed and matched to fit your exact setup or aesthetic. If we have the materials, we'll build it.
Embroidered BioThane
Choose embroidered BioThane for a huge range of color combinations. It's one of the hardest techniques in the material, and most shops won't attempt it. We spent months developing the process to get it right, and it's now offered exclusively through our Fully Custom build.
Embroidered webbing is also available, for those who prefer a webbing-based build.
RuffLock Retained Handle System
Most tactical dog collars with a control handle simply let it hang loose. The RuffLock's elastic retention strap keeps the handle flat and secured against the collar until you need it, while still allowing instant deployment the moment quick handling matters.
On the Fully Custom build, choose your handle color independently of the collar—a coyote brown collar with a green handle, black webbing with a tan handle, or any combination that fits your setup. The elastic retention strap can be color-matched or contrasted as well, right down to the last detail.
RuffTag Personalized BioThane Identification System
Since 2024, American Ruffneck Collars has built the RuffTag Personalized BioThane Identification System, bringing a permanent, laser-engraved, built-in name tag directly into a mil-spec tactical collar. On the Fully Custom build, choose your RuffTag in the BioThane color that fits your build.
Constructed from genuine BioThane, RuffTag is waterproof, odor resistant, easy to clean, flexible, and highly UV-resistant. It resists cracking, won't absorb moisture, and skips the upkeep of traditional tags—making it ideal for working dogs, service dogs, hunting dogs, and anyone looking for a truly personalized dog collar.
