What is your turnaround time?

Our standard fulfillment window is 5 to 14 business days, depending on current order volume. Every collar is built to last—not mass produced—so we don’t rush quality.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated exactly by weight at checkout and ships via UPS or USPS, depending on the most efficient carrier for your location.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

How do I know what size collar to get?

Check out our Size Guide for a full breakdown. All you need is a tape measure and a few seconds. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend going up for comfort and adjustability.

What material are your collars made of?

We use military-grade materials built for strength, comfort, and long-term durability. If it wouldn’t hold up in the field, we don’t use it—simple as that.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

Due to the custom and rugged nature of our gear, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@americanruffneckcollars.com. We’ll make it right.
